Depuis 2005, ce franco-hollandais a créé un musée 14-18 à Romagne-sous-Montfaucon en Meuse. Les objets présentés font partie de sa collection personnelle. Un musée original qui a accueilli 25.000 visiteurs en 2018. L’homme est désormais chargé de l’organisation d’une gigantesque exposition au château de Doorn aux Pays-Bas. C’est dans cette demeure qu’a vécu l’empereur d’Allemagne Guillaume II en exil de 1919 à 1941 et où il est mort et inhumé.
Six ans après sa mort, le pape Jean Paul II a été béatifié au Vatican lors d’une cérémonie suivie par un million et demi de fidèles massés sur la place Saint-Pierre. Une étape cruciale avant sa canonisation.
